Sulekha.com is now offering premium paid services for job postings on the websites classified section. At $60 a post, the website offers two options for posting jobs, either IT Jobs or Non IT Jobs. The index list consists of a range of categories to precisely suit the needs of all employers. The functional area has a drop down menu to select a category. In the IT jobs section, it includes Business Analyst, Database Developers, IT Trainers, Project Managers, Mobile Application Developers and a few other categories.
The Non IT job list too has many categories, some of which include Accounts, Finance, Tax, besides Banking and Insurance, Engineering Design Research Development, Export Import Merchandizing and a host of other categories. There is a text box, where the company name can be entered for the job opening. There is also a provision to enter the work experience needed for the job.
The Job Location has an auto complete text box to choose the city or zip code where you want the job listing to be displayed. Another feature available in the section includes a text box to enter skill set requirements. A total of five primary skills related to the job can be entered, including a maximum of four tags. Apart from the 900 character job description text box, you have options to choose the kind of employment from a list that includes Corp-Corp, W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, 1099 Contract and more.
If you wish to hire the services of a US citizen, green card holder or an H1-B work permit holder, the work authorization section offers you a choice to tick mark the relevant box. The employer posting the classified can also enter the maximum and the minimum salary offered for the listed job. The company posting the classified can also enter a link to their website.
